Your tasks
- You will answer incoming calls, provide information about products and services and, after training, also process email enquiries
- Solve customer concerns efficiently and satisfactorily
- You look after customers in various service and product segments and inspire them with your competent advice
- They understand Swiss German and Italian and can conduct telephone consultations.
- Good PC skills are required
- You enjoy dealing with customers, enjoy working in a team and are motivated to take on more responsibility in the medium term
